It is registered beauty. It is one of the most beautiful beaches. In 2006, Oludeniz proved it by electing the best beach in the world.
Oludeniz was known as “light and sun land” in ancient times, has a characteristics of stagnant lake. Have you ever wondered how this shallow water, which has no currents and waves at all, is sparkling? Thanks to the resources of the sea, it is always immaculate.
The white-colored beach is enough to make Oludeniz’s number one of the places to visit in Fethiye.
Oludeniz Nature Park Beach’s entrance fee is 7 TL, 3.5 TL for students, and 25 TL by with car. You can rent sunbed (10TL) and umbrella (10 TL). Also, you can find cafes for eating and drinking in Nature Park.

This beach is that stretches right next to Oludeniz, is one of the favorite beach of Fethiye.

There is a daily boat trip which departs from the Belcekiz beach. This is an incredible way to view the clear turquoise sea and explore the hidden bays. On this day out you visit Blue Cave, Butterfly Valley, Camel Beach, St Nicholas Island & Cold Water Springs.
It takes this name from the eighty different butterfly species it contains. They can be seen around the river and waterfall in depth of valley. You must pay 6 TL for see them.
You can also stay overnight in a wooden hut or pitch your tent on the beach. Butterfly Valley is nice place for camping. It is a prime example of the beautiful result of Mother Nature’s work.
You can come here by boat or by descending a tough path from Faralya on Lycia Way. If you use Lycia Way, don’t forget take photo with view from above.
This valley that has boomed in recent years is indispensable place to do yoga and meditation and for those want to be lazy all day.
Kabak which is usually preferred by young people, has many hotels, cafes and restaurants. It is perfect place for camping or accommodation.
You can come here by boat or by car up to a certain point and after by walk. Kabak valley is in continuation of Lycia Way.

As well, this beach is one of the habitat of carettas. Because of that, certain areas of the beach are under protection for carettas.

Around Fethiye: Also You Should See
You made sea, sand, sunshine, the air began to get overwhelmed, it’s time to cool off. So we are turning our route into Saklikent.
Saklikent National Park where is located in 45 km from Fethiye, the longest and deepest canyon in Turkey and the second largest canyon in Europe.
Throughout its path it has fascinating steep cliffs of natural beauty, waterfalls and 16 caves. This magnificent canyon sits quietly in a protected national park.
If you want to see the beauties in the canyon, you must walk through the cold waters to the other side of the river. With the longer route there is also an option to have a mud bath at the end.
It allows you to do nature sports. You can take jeep safari tour and you can do rafting, hiking in cold water, or bungee jumping.
Essential items you need to take with you are clothes you don’t mind getting wet are non-slippery sea shoe.
Entrance fee is 10 TL, 7 TL for students. You can pay 15 TL for buy sea shoe, or 5 TL for rent.

12 Islands Tour
You can take boat tour for 12 islands from Fethiye Marina. Boat comes Red Island, Delikli Island, Yassıca Island, Tersane Island, Domuz Island and takes a break at the Cleopatra Bath, completes the day with Sovalye Island.
This Island is also called the Island of Saint Nicholas. It is famous for crystal clear blue waters. In Byzantine period, island was Orthodox priests training center. There are church chapels and historical buildings belonging to Byzantine period in here.

You can reach by direct flight (1 hour, 15 min.) from Istanbul.
You can use HAVAS services departing from Dalaman Airport to go directly to Fethiye center.
Transportation from Dalaman Airport to Fethiye takes 90 minutes by HAVAS, its cost 17.5 TL. Click for HAVAS hours.
By taxi you can come to Dalaman center in 10 minutes and you can go to Fethiye by bus every 30 minutes.
Antalya Airport is approximately 2.5 hours away from Fethiye. You can come to Fethiye from the airport by rental car or transfer company as well as by frequent buses from Antalya center or by HAVAS services
Almost all major cities have direct buses to Fethiye.
